This artifact contains a genuine CFM International CFM56-2 engine stator from a DC-8. The stators, or stationary airfoils, in a jet turbine engine control airflow through the rotor blades. The titanium engine stator is topped with a polished 1\/2\"-thick glass top, and the specially designed legs and cross-brace are fabricated from aluminum. This large table comfortably seats six. Includes Custom Hangar plaque and Certificate of Authenticity. Table measures 32.5\"H x 53\" diameter without glass. Total weight 272 lb.
